Registration procedure

Registration is now OPEN!

 

Pre-registration

Due to the limited availability of single rooms, pre-registration is mandatory. We strongly encourage the booking of shared room to optimize the number of participants. Please note that (pre)registration is independent of abstract submission.

 

Procedure:

  1. Fill the online pre-registration form on the registration page.

  2. Complete your pre-registration by entering your details at this link on the payment portal. (no payment required at this stage, you just need to indicate your room type)

  3. Your pre-registration will be validated once we have checked that we have all the necessary information (for instance, name of the person(s) you will share the room with).

  4. Once your pre-registration has been validated, you will receive a notification by email. Proceed with the online payment using the following link on the payment portal. Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or purchase order.

  

Fees
(Registration includes workshop participation and full-board accommodation at the hotel)

  • Single room (Senior only): €800

  • Shared room (Senior): €650

  • Shared room (PhD and Post-Doc): €450

 

Important Information
The workshop will commence on Monday, February 2, in the afternoon (after lunch).
